  • STUDENT PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE SPONSOR - $825

    The Student Professional Development Conference is a one-day conference that gives up to 200 KSU students and alumni an opportunity to enhance their professional job-seeking skills, gain insight from experts on what makes a successful job search, and network with employers and presenters. Date of event is Saturday, January 26, 2019.

    All benefits and opportunities are listed below:

    • Admission & parking for two (2) reps into the conference
    • Information table at the conference (location TBD)
    • Recognition during conference opening and closing
    • Recognition on name badge
    • Recognition in event program
    • Lunch and snacks for two (2) reps

    NETWORKING ETIQUETTE DINNER SPONSOR - $2,500

    The Networking Etiquette Dinner is an opportunity for students and alumni to network with employer sponsors while learning proper etiquette for a business meal.

    • Promotion of your company and/or distribution of materials at the dinner
    • Opportunity for two (2) representatives to meet and dine with up to 45 students, faculty & staff.
    • Recognition on all advertisements for the dinner

    FACULTY RECOGNITION AWARD - $2,000

    Company recognition for co-sponsoring the Faculty Recognition Awards with the Department of Career Planning & Development. These awards recognize distinguished faculty members from each college at the University. The award ceremony takes place during the opening orientation of the University with up to 500 members of the University Community in attendance. The awards will be voted on by students, faculty and DCPD staff.


    JOB FAIR EMPLOYER BREAK AREA SPONSOR - $2,000 and $3,000

    This opportunity will give one employer exclusive sponsorship for one Job Fair Employer Break Area. The break areas are located in designated places at each job fair where lunch and snacks are served to participating employers.

    • A large sign with company logo placed outside of the Employer break area 
    • Table signs with company logo placed within the Employer Break Area
    • Admission for two (2) reps & two (2) parking spot into the job fair

    NOTE: STEM (per day) and All Majors Job Fairs are $3,000 

     

    JOB FAIR STUDENT BREAK AREA SPONSOR - $1,000

    This opportunity will give one employer exclusive sponsorship for one (1) Student Break Area. The break areas are located in designated places at the STEM (per day) and All-Majors Job Fairs only.

    • A large sign with company logo placed outside of the Student break area and/or Table signs with company logo placed within the Student Break Area (dependent upon availability of table tops)
    • Admission for two (2) reps & one (1) parking spot into the job fair
    • 6‘ table w/chairs and table cover on the job fair floor near Student Break Area
    • Recognition on name badge (Sponsor)
    • Recognition in event program

    NOTE: Additional $100 fee during late registration

     

    PROMOTIONAL T-SHIRTS - $350

    (This option is tentative based on the number of participating employers)

    The Department of Career Planning & Development will print T-shirts to be distributed to students during special events.

    • Company logo printed on promotional T-shirts
    • Approximately 250-1000 shirts will be distributed throughout the course of the year

     

    PRINTED MATERIALS INSIDE JOB FAIR ATTENDEE BAGS - $400

    Promotional paper or brochure handouts; no giveaway items (maximum size 8.5x11in, up to four pages, up to 1000 copies). All job related materials must be approved by DCPD Employer Relations staff member. Handouts are supplied by the employer and must arrive in DCPD office at least 5 business days prior to the event.
