We have added a second day to our All-Majors Job and Internship Fair! Each employer/organization will attend ONE of the two All-Majors Fair days. Please see below for more information.
 

Fall 2019 Job & Internship Fairs 

Accounting and Finance Job & Internship Fair

 
  • Wednesday, September 4th from 11am - 3pm at the KSU Center (Kennesaw)

    Each Fall & Spring semester, we invite many of the nation's top companies to both KSU campuses in order to showcase KSU's brightest students and alumni for internship, co-op, full-time, & part-time positions. This event is not just for jobs and internships in Accounting and Finance roles. Companies are also recruiting for several other majors and positions. Students of all majors and class levels are encouraged to attend.

  • Standard Registration (two (2) reps, two (2) meals, and free parking included):

    • Includes 8’ table and table cover
    • Standard Non-Profit/Gov’t Registration Fee: $350
    • Standard Registration Fee: $550
    • Late Non-Profit/Gov’t Registration Fee: $450*
    • Late Registration Fee: $650*
    • Additional Representatives: $35 each

STEM Majors Job, Internship, & Co-op Fair

 
  • Tuesday, September 17th, and Wednesday, September 18th

    11am - 3pm Marietta Campus Gymnasium

    Each Fall & Spring semester, we invite many of the nation's top companies to the Marietta Campus to recruit KSU students and alumni for internship, co-op, full-time, & part-time positions. This fair is specific to students interested in working in science, technology, engineering, and mathematical roles. This also includes students from the College of Architecture and Construction Management. 

    * Each employer/organization will attend ONE of the two STEM Fair days. 

    EMPLOYERS RECRUITING PRIMARILY FOR ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT STUDENTS. Please select to attend on Wednesday, September 18th in an attempt to meet the class schedule for those students. You will NOT be approved to register on Day 1. Employers recruiting all other majors can register to attend either day

  • Standard Registration (two (2) reps, two (2) meals, & one (1) parking included):

    • Includes 6’ table and table cover
    • Standard Non-Profit/Gov’t Registration Fee: $350
    • Standard Registration Fee: $550
    • Late Non-Profit/Gov’t Registration Fee: $450*
    • Late Registration Fee: $650*
    • Additional Representatives: $35 each
    • Additional Parking: $20 each

All-Majors Job & Internship Fair

 
  • Tuesday, October 15th, and Wednesday, October 16th

    11am - 3pm in the Dr. Betty L. Siegel Student Recreation & Activities Center (Kennesaw)

    The Kennesaw State All-Majors Job & Internship Fair is one of the largest events of its kind at KSU. We encourage students from all majors to attend this event in order to meet with recruiters from organizations in a variety of industries for full-time opportunities, part-time opportunities, and co-ops and internships.

    • Each employer/organization will attend ONE of the two All-Majors Fair days.
    • EMPLOYERS AND GRADUATE SCHOOLS RECRUITING PRIMARILY FOR HEALTHCARE, NURSING AND PRE-MED/PROFESSIONAL STUDENTS: Please select to attend on Tuesday, October 15th in an attempt to meet the class schedule for those students.
    • EMPLOYERS RECRUITING PRIMARILY FOR STEM STUDENTS OR PART-TIME ROLES: Please select to attend on Wednesday, October 16th.
    • Employers recruiting all other majors can register to attend either day.

Job & Internship FAQ

  • View the list of upcoming fairs at the top of this page, and then click on “Job Fair Fees & Registration Details” under the desired fair. Click the Handshake hyperlink to login to your Handshake account. A step by step guide for registering can be found on Handshake’s Support Page.

  • The larger Job & Internship Fairs (STEM and All Majors) have between 800-1,500 students who attend. The smaller Job & Internship Fairs (Accounting, Education, Nursing, and Non-Profit/Government) have between 100-500.

  • If you have attended a fair, please contact our office at 470-578-2724 and we will send you a resume book for the students we have resumes for that attended that fair.

  • Yes. We will provide network and password on the day of the event.
  • Electricity at each of our fairs is limited. When registering for the fair, you will have the option to choose your desire for electricity. It is provided on a first- come, first-served basis based on your registration date and availability. If you are approved for a spot with electricity, you are required to bring an extension cord as we do NOT provide them for you.
