Spring 2020 Job & Internship Fairs 

Education Job and Internship Fair

 
  • January 30, 2020, from 11am - 3pm, KSU Center (Kennesaw)

    Each Spring semester, we invite many of the nation’s top schools to campus in order to showcase KSU’s brightest students and alumni for graduate school, internship, co-op, full-time, and part-time positions.

    We are reaching out to school districts from Metro Atlanta to New York City who are hiring teachers, administrators, paraprofessionals, substitute teachers, and technical support professionals.

  • Standard Registration (two (2) reps, two (2) meals, and free parking included):

    • Includes 8’ table and table cover
    • Standard Registration Price: $350
    • Late Registration Price: $450*
    • Additional Representatives: $35 each

STEM Majors Job, Internship, & Co-op Fair

 
  • February 18 & 19, 2020, from 11am - 3pm, Marietta Campus Gymnasium (Events Center)

    11am - 3pm Marietta Campus Gymnasium

    Each Fall & Spring semester, we invite many of the nation's top companies to the Marietta Campus to recruit KSU students and alumni for internship, co-op, full-time, & part-time positions. This fair is specific to students interested in working in science, technology, engineering, and mathematical roles. This also includes students from the College of Architecture and Construction Management. 

    * Each employer/organization will attend ONE of the two STEM Fair days. 

    EMPLOYERS RECRUITING PRIMARILY FOR ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT STUDENTS. Please select to attend on Wednesday, February 19th in an attempt to meet the class schedule for those students. You will NOT be approved to register on Day 1. Employers recruiting all other majors can register to attend either day

  • Standard Registration (two (2) reps, two (2) meals, & one (1) parking included):

    • Includes 6’ table and table cover
    • Standard Non-Profit/Gov’t Registration Fee: $350
    • Standard Registration Fee: $550
    • Late Non-Profit/Gov’t Registration Fee: $450*
    • Late Registration Fee: $650*
    • Additional Representatives: $35 each
    • Additional Parking: $20 each

All-Majors Job & Internship Fair

 
  • Tuesday, March 17th & Wednesday, March18th, 2020

    11am - 3pm in the Dr. Betty L. Siegel Student Recreation & Activities Center (Kennesaw)

    The Kennesaw State All-Majors Job & Internship Fair is one of the largest events of its kind at KSU. We encourage students from all majors to attend this event in order to meet with recruiters from organizations in a variety of industries for full-time opportunities, part-time opportunities, and co-ops and internships.

    • Each employer/organization will attend ONE of the two All-Majors Fair days.
    • EMPLOYERS AND GRADUATE SCHOOLS RECRUITING PRIMARILY FOR HEALTHCARE: Please select to attend on Tuesday, March 17th in an attempt to meet the class schedule for those students.
    • EMPLOYERS RECRUITING PRIMARILY FOR STEM: Please select to attend on Wednesday, March 18th.
    • Employers recruiting all other majors can register to attend either day.

    Registration includes:

    • An employer profile page showcasing your organization's unique brand 
    • Your own organization's exclusive chat room allowing for real-time engagement 
      in group and personalized one-to-one interactions
    • Unlimited number of recruiters may attend chat sessions
    • Tool to conduct video interviews (optional feature - not required)
    • Tool to conduct video and/or audio broadcasts or screencast presentations to multiple attendees simultaneously (optional feature - not required)
    • Multi-recruiter access to search resumes, preselect from, and capture 
      resumes of registered candidates (option to create resume books) 
    • Unrestricted time frame to filter and export candidates' profile details and contact info 
    • Unlimited job postings

    To use all CareerEco multi-media options, a webcam or built-in camera may be used with either Google Chrome or Firefox.

Job & Internship FAQ

  • View the list of upcoming fairs at the top of this page, and then click on “Job Fair Fees & Registration Details” under the desired fair. Click the Handshake hyperlink to login to your Handshake account. A step by step guide for registering can be found on Handshake’s Support Page.

  • The larger Job & Internship Fairs (STEM and All Majors) have between 800-1,500 students who attend. The smaller Job & Internship Fairs (Accounting, Education, Nursing, and Non-Profit/Government) have between 100-500.

  • If you have attended a fair, please contact our office at 470-578-2724 and we will send you a resume book for the students we have resumes for that attended that fair.

  • Yes. We will provide network and password on the day of the event.
  • Electricity at each of our fairs is limited. When registering for the fair, you will have the option to choose your desire for electricity. It is provided on a first- come, first-served basis based on your registration date and availability. If you are approved for a spot with electricity, you are required to bring an extension cord as we do NOT provide them for you.
