Individual Event Duties

Job and Internship Fairs:
Spring Semester: January - March
Fall Semester: September - October
Times, locations, and industries will vary for each event. View More Information.
Responsibilties
- You could be helping in any of the following areas:
- Event setup (table setup, stuffing bags, moving boxes, etc.)
- Employer aid (bringing setup items to tables, showing employers to tables, etc.)
- Student check-in
- Guard for sectioned off areas
- Student Evaluations
- Event breakdown/clean up, and more.

Industry Exploration Nights:
Spring: February - March
Fall: October - November

Networker:
- Float throughout the event and mingle with students and employers
- Network work with students highlighting your career in industry

Student Professional Development Conference:
Saturday, January 26th, 2019 from 8am - 4pm. View More Information
Registration Prep and Room Set up
- Assist with room and registration set up
Room Hosts
- Introduce speaker and assist with breakout sessions, handing out materials, collecting surveys
Hall Director
- Directing attendees to sessions throughout the event space.

- May assist at check-in, headshot station, student surveys, interview spaces, break areas, etc.
- When not providing specific assistance to VC, provides short breaks to posted staff as needed

Sunday, September 23rd, 2018 from 6:30-9:30pm
Floater:
