Student Group Presentation Request Form

Career Planning & Development can provide customized and interactive presentations for your student group in order to share valuable information and resources with your members. 

To request a presentation, please complete the below form in its entirety. Please allow at least 2 weeks’ notice for presentation requests, and note that staff availability may be limited due to previously scheduled programs and events. Student groups are welcome (and encouraged) to partner with CPD staff members on our already scheduled events. Please review the department calendar for a list of upcoming events.

A minimum of 10 attendees are required for a presentation, and student groups are encouraged to partner with other student groups or organizations to ensure attendance. Career Planning and Development is unable to reserve event space for student groups and cannot provide funding for food, giveaways, or other expenses associated with the event. Career Planning and Development reserves the right to cancel a presentation in the event of below-minimum attendance or other disruptive activity.

Presentation requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please review the below form carefully before submitting.
