On-Campus Interviews

The Department of Career Planning & Development has private interview locations which employers use to conduct interviews with KSU students and alumni. 

All on-campus interviews are coordinated through OwlLink. To find which employers are conducting on-campus interviews:

Professional interview attire is required

  1. Log -in to OwlLink (Here's some help if you need it)
  2. Upload your resume into OwlLink.
  3. Upcoming On-Campus Interviews can be found in the "Jobs" section in OwlLink. Once you find a position you can apply for interviews for which you are qualified (based on the employer's selection criteria) by viewing the listing and following the instructions on the right side of the screen (in the "Application Status" box); if the employer has requested a resume (almost all do), you will submit your resume document here. 
  4. Review the "Interviews" section in OwlLink and review e-mails to see if you have been invited to sign up for a preselect interview. It is your responsibility to see if you have been invited for an interview and sign up (or decline). Check frequently, we have a very strict no-show policy and we would hate for you to miss a great opportunity. 
  5. Once invited by the employer, you will sign up for the interview time in the "Interviews" section. All interviews take place in The Department of Career Planning & Development, unless otherwise stated (Kennesaw Campus - Kennesaw Hall Room 2617, and Marietta Campus - Student Center, Suite A160).
